  • Cancellations and refund requests (subject to airline rules)

Our agents are available 24/7.


3. Independent Service

You may always choose to contact your airline directly to book, change, or cancel flights. Our service exists to provide fast, personal phone support for travelers.


4. Service Fees

  • Airlines Front Desk may charge service fees for booking, changes, or cancellations handled through our agents.

  • Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before completing your request.

  • Airline ticket costs, taxes, and penalties are determined by the airline and are separate from our service fees.


5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s policies and fare type.

  • Our service fees are generally non-refundable once the requested assistance has been provided.

  • If you believe an error occurred, you may contact us to request a review.


6. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for bookings or changes.

  • Ensure you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).

  • Acknowledge that airlines may impose their own restrictions, penalties, or fees that we cannot waive.


7. Limitation of Liability

Airlines Front Desk is not responsible for:

  • Airline decisions, delays, cancellations, or schedule changes.

  • Denied boarding, missed connections, or force majeure events (weather, strikes, emergencies).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to us.
